Dynamic Database of Careers
Every Career Management Report provides six to nine career recommendations matched to your client’s profile using our dynamic CereCore^® System database which is continually updated with current titles for the most relevant, up-to-date information possible.

What’s Included in the Career Certification

1. Your own Career Management Report.
2. Interactive Training - 1 ½ day intensive certification workshop that builds on the theory, methodology and strategies earned in the Foundation certification training; practice with our proven delivery techniques.
3. Mentoring – 2 hours of individual mentoring with a senior consultant while you work through the two required practice client sessions to complete your certification.
4. Takeaways - Consultant Application Guide, 1 new case study and next-step recommendations.

Requirements for Career Certification

• Seasoned professional with either three years experience in your own practice as a coach, consultant or counselor or five years experience in HR or OD within an organization.
• Foundation Certification in the CereCore^® System.
• An interview with a CereCore^® Institute senior consultant prior to enrollment.
• Completion of the 1 ½ day Career Intensive Certification workshop.
• Completion of 2 practice client sessions after completing the certification workshop.
• Completion of a written summary and self-evaluation of your integration of the theories, strategies and rapid-learning methodologies of the CereCore^® System.
• Completion of all requirements within 90 days of completing the certification workshop to qualify for the published tuition fees. Additional time must be arranged prior to the start of the program.
• Certified consultants are required to complete 18 hours of professional development through CereCore^® Institute every three years to insure that you remain current with the tools and latest knowledge of the CereCore^® System.
